Transform your room into a movie theatre. Sound Field Optimization analyzes and calibrates sound to your room’s size, acoustic characteristics, and listening position. Add on optional rear speakers and subwoofer, placing them in your favored position, and they will be calibrated alongside the soundbar, creating an even wider surround sound field.

Expand your surround sound
Expand the cinematic experience with optional wireless subwoofer (SW3/SW5) and rear speakers (RS3R/RS5) to experience higher impact sound. No need to connect them every time—the subwoofer and rear speakers automatically pair when powered on.
BRAVIA Theatre and BRAVIA TV, the perfect pair
Pair BRAVIA Theatre with a compatible BRAVIA TV for the ultimate cinema-like experience at home. Acoustic Centre Sync pairs the TV’s speakers with the soundbar, reinforcing the centre channel for clearer, fuller dialogue. When connected, easily control the soundbar settings on the TVs Quick Settings menu, making it easy to adjust volume and sound field with a single remote.4

Easily control BRAVIA Theatre from your smartphone. The BRAVIA Connect app guides you through initial setup and lets you adjust volume, sound field and more. Also, use the BRAVIA Connect app to perform Sound Field Optimization to calibrate sound to your room’s acoustic characteristics.
